b) End-User Data:
Our chatbot is an intermediary. When your customers ("End-Users") interact with your WAZZIBOT on WhatsApp, we process data on your behalf. This may include:
- Conversation Data: Messages, queries, and responses exchanged between the End-User and the chatbot.
- Transactional Data: Information related to orders, bookings, or complaints, which may include names, contact details, and addresses provided by the End-User.
We are a data processor for End-User data; you, the Client, are the data controller. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a legal basis for collecting and processing this data.
