Welcome to WAZZIBOT Enterprise ("WAZZIBOT," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI chatbot services, website, and dashboard (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
WAZZIBOT provides an AI-powered chatbot designed to integrate with the WhatsApp platform. The Service allows businesses ("Clients," "you") to train a customized AI chatbot using their own business information, including text and audio data. The chatbot is designed to handle customer inquiries, facilitate product/service discovery, manage orders and returns, and handle appointment bookings.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your business to these Terms. You must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Client Data and Content
- Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the business information, product details, service information, FAQs, and any other data you provide to train your chatbot (collectively, "Client Content").
- License to Us: You grant WAZZIBOT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your Client Content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service for you.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your Client Content. You warrant that you have all necessary rights to provide this content to us and that its use will not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
4. Fees, Payment, and Subscriptions
- Packages: The Service is offered through various subscription packages ("Plans") at the prices listed on our website.
- Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. By purchasing a Plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
- Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Transmit any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
- Violate the privacy rights of others or the terms of service of WhatsApp.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Intentionally upload malicious code or viruses.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to access the source code of our technology.
6. Intellectual Property
Excluding your Client Content, the Service itself, including our website, dashboard, AI models, and all underlying technology and software, are and will remain the exclusive property of WAZZIBOT Enterprise.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WAZZIBOT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
